We currently have excellent job opportunities available for Masons at one of our client’s construction sites in Dubai. These positions are full-time and require individuals who are skilled in various masonry techniques and have a strong work ethic.

• Do you have experience as a Mason and possess a deep understanding of construction and masonry techniques?
• Are you physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks associated with masonry work?
• Do you take pride in your craftsmanship and attention to detail when working on projects?
• Are you comfortable working in a team and following construction plans and blueprints?

You don’t need to have previous experience working at a call center. We provide full training.

What you’ll be doing is a mix of the following duties:

• Screen applicants and prospective job seekers from our database.
• Call selected individuals for updates and answer basic queries they might have
• Set up candidates’ meetings with management and follow up with them closely throughout the hiring process.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to masonry and construction, including but not limited to:

• Executing Masonry Work: Perform various masonry tasks such as bricklaying, block laying, stone masonry, and concrete work to construct and repair structures.
• Interpreting Blueprints: Study and interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate placement and alignment of materials.
• Material Preparation: Prepare mortar, grout, and other construction materials as needed for each project, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the construction team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
