Jobs For Call Centre Agent

We have immediate job openings at One of our Client’s Office English Speaking Call Center in Dubai. The positions are full-time to support our Human Resources Team.

• Are you fluent in English – listening, speaking, reading, and writing?
• Do you speak with a clear voice and have a pleasant character?
• Are you confident about approaching people over the phone?
• Does high-energy describe your personality?

If you answered yes to these questions, then you might be a perfect fit for this job.
You don’t need to have previous experience working at a call center. We provide full training.

What you’ll be doing is a mix of the following duties:

• Screen applicants and prospective job seekers from our database.
• Call selected individuals for updates and answer basic queries they might have
• Set up candidates’ meetings with management and follow up with them closely throughout the hiring process.

• Good phone manners and strong phone skills
• Basic computer knowledge.
