We are currently seeking experienced Chefs to join our culinary team in Malaysia. As a Chef, you will play a central role in crafting exquisite dishes, maintaining kitchen operations, and upholding our commitment to culinary excellence. Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine menu offerings, including daily specials, based on seasonality and guest preferences.
Kitchen Operations: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in maintaining high standards of excellence.
Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality, portion control, and adherence to culinary standards, making adjustments as needed.
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
Creativity: Contribute to the development of new dishes, presentation techniques, and culinary innovations.
